RETURN WINDOW

United Kingdom customers have 15 days, while international customers have 20 days, from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item. Returns or exchanges are accepted as long as the products are in their original condition.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Items must be returned within the specified timeframe unless we have provided different instructions. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend using a delivery service that provides insurance for the value of the goods. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We only refund delivery charges for faulty goods.

REFUNDS FOR FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is faulty, we will issue a refund after conducting a thorough inspection. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed. Manufacturing faults, such as wrong orders or goods arriving in a worn condition, are eligible for refunds. We do not consider faults arising from customer use, material preference, or other complaints not related to production as manufacturing faults.

RETURN GUIDELINES

Returned items, whether faulty or non-faulty, must be unused, unworn (if applicable), and returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation. Exchanges will be issued upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
